Radix H1 2022 premium domains report

Radix published its premium domain name sales and renewals numbers for the first half of 2022.

The registry had a 28% increase in sales and renewals from H2 2021 and 31% YoY.

Renewal revenue that resulted from high-high model for Premium domains was up 38% from H2 2021. In addition, 87% of premium domains entering their third or subsequent renewal period were renewed.

Roughly 40% of all Premium domain names sold in H1 2022 were three-letter domain names. .Tech led the way with 441 new Premium names sold.
