As an entrepreneur, balancing your personal and skilled life could be difficult, which is why many individuals turn to writing down to-do lists.
Psychologist and writer Dr. David Cohen told The Guardian his struggle to remain organized is helped by his to-do lists, which “should be on paper and must be continuously monitored.”
“Cohen puts our love of to-do lists right down to three reasons: they dampen anxiety concerning the chaos of life; they provide us a structure, a plan that we will follow; and so they are proof of what we’ve achieved that day, week or month.”
Jeff, Mark, and Kristin discuss how to-do lists have been considered by some the last word resource in productivity but may very well be taking us away from doing meaningful work.
